STAMPING
At MTLL, we have over 30 years of expertise in metal stamping. We specialized in tight tolerance stamping components and deep drawn enclosures.
With over fifteen high speed stamping presses ranging from 30 to 300 tons, we can offer small close pitch components with material thicknesses in the range of 0.06 mm foil to more heavy duty single piece stampings up to 4 mm thick. In addition, we regularly assist our customer for the best stamping solution including feasibility assessment and materials selection. This will help our customer in the design and re-engineering of custom stamping parts to enhance manufacturability and reduce cost. Our service includes

MOLDING
MTLL pride ourselves in manufacturing complex components for our customers through Insert Molding. By utilizing hand loaded, shuttle, or Reel-to-Reel designs, we encapsulate a variety of inserted stamping components and provide a single compound component to meet a variety of applications.
LASER WELDING
MTLL equip with YAG laser welder which is most suitable for precision welding of electronic components. Unlike with traditional welding, YAG pulsed lasers create discrete pulses of controllable energy which can be shaped to create the ideal weld and guarantee the same accuracy consistently every time. This type of Laser is suitable for producing large spot welds, as well as deep spot and seam welds. With YAG laser welder, we can ensure the components to increase strength of welds and enhance conductivity.
ASSEMBLY
MTLL provide riveting and steel ball installation service. In addition, we also provide customized packaging service including tape, reel, and tray to help our customers reduce their cost on next assembly
